In terms of positives, the hotel staff was very friendly, and incredibly patient given all the client complaints they had to deal with on a daily basis. The daily breakfast was good quality, and the staff was always positive and hardworking. The location of the hotel was good, very easy to access from the runs, and easy to get to lifts for Courchevel and Meribel. I cannot emphasize enough how hard working and patient the hotel staff was given all the limitations and problems that the hotel clients had to deal with on a daily basis.
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights between Christmas and through 1 Jan. The state of the rooms was incredibly dated, and not at all in keeping with a luxury hotel. The housekeeping staff was totally overwhelmed, we and many other guests did not have our rooms serviced daily because there was not enough staff to handle the number of hotel rooms The hotel facilities in terms of lounge areas are tiny and limited, and again, insufficient given the size of the hotel and number of rooms.

Good Enough and Prime Location for Skiers!
very friendly and helpful staff- multilingual beds and pillows- the comfiest ever! view from room- outstanding! breakfast was almost perfect- missed a few items ( like fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, honey, plant based milks) the croissant was amazing! ski store in hotel- convenient and had all equipment needed music being played in the lobby and cafe was amazing! room heaters and bathroom heaters worked perfectly fine nice ambience, hotel was full!
A little run down- some things need maintenance ( bathroom door knob broken) At one point they had no body towels I had to almost beg for one. walking outside hotel was icy and slippery- something could be done to make it easy for cars not to skid and people not to fall.
